Host Plants: This species feed on species of Plantago (Plantaginaceae) (Clark et al. 2004).

Adult Activity: April to September 

Biology: Larvae mine the leaves of their host plants (Arnett et al. 2002).

Similar Species

More than 60 species found mostly in the Holarctic Region comprise this genus.
Thirteen species are recorded from America north of Mexico (Arnett et al. 2002).
